Everything was great, VERY, VERY NICE staff, favourable location right by a safe area which is important to look into when going to athens and the center of the city life and the ancient ruins and other points of interest. Spacious and cozy rooms with a washing machine and the balcony, as example. Simply nothing to complain about, nice stay.

The apartment was really spacious and the beds were comfortable. the washing space was great and the kitchen was a nice size. One of the best aspects was the snack box that was waiting for us when we arrived, filled with delicious snacks.
First, the noise level was quite high, especially during the weekend. There was a bar down the street that played loud music until the early hours of the morning.

Plenty of space and a surprising amount of room for the price. The 4th floor apartment had a large outside area and a lift, making it convenient and accessible. The spacious kitchen was modern and obviously recently renovated, providing a comfortable and clean environment. The location was close to everything we needed, surrounded by restaurants and within an easy walk to the sites of the city. the train station on the direct line from the airport was a bit of a walk, but still manageable.
The issue with the electricity. We had to turn off the ACs to use the water heater for showers, otherwise a blackout would occur.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleased with the convenient location of the accommodation. It was within walking distance of popular attractions and fantastic restaurants. the apartment was clean and tidy, and the two bathrooms were handy for our group of five. the friendly staff provided us with a thoughtful snack for breakfast.
We experienced some confusion upon arrival as we were allocated a different apartment than the one advertised. the central location allowed for a bit of noise at night, which could disrupt light sleepers.

Great Stay in the Center! Perfect location, only a few minutes walk from major attractions. The apartment is modern, clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Christina who provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit. check-in was a breeze, and we were allowed to leave our luggage before check-in.
The AC is linked to the bathroom heater, which can be a bit confusing at first. If you forget to turn off the heater, there is a chance the electricity will go out.
